Snorkeling Experience

Sitting in the airport now, waiting for the flight back home from Madeira, and only now everything is slowly settling in my head. Thank you for this trip. We left Calheta Marina, heading toward the snorkeling spot, everything was calm and beautiful, until the weather suddenly changed its mood. Clouds rolled in, the sky turned grey, and for a moment it felt like the whole experience might shift in the wrong direction. But instead of just sticking to the plan, the skipper decided to turn the boat around and head against the wind, toward the side where the sun was still holding on. And just like that, we were back in warm light, calm sea, and it felt like we had moved into a completely different day. That’s a rare feeling, when you realize this is truly a private cruise, not just a route on a schedule. Flexible, human, and shaped by the moment. Now sitting here at the airport, it already feels a bit unreal that it’s over.
